Trying to figure out which I've got... a laid-out plan with lots of huge gaping holes, or a complete opening with lots of loose threads and some shrapnel obstructing it. Neither? Both?
Very glad we got the basement pump put in last year. No majorly flooded basement yet this time, knock on laminate, but I did find a spot on one basement wall where there appear to be some problems. Remind me again why I thought home ownership was going to be a good idea?
