Good news of the weekend is that Ikea now carries bamboo threshold and stair trim... and that it's new enough that the fact it's listed at twice the price of the other woods (More for a piece of stairtop edging then an entire box of flooring!) hasn't yet been told to the cashiers. Bad news is I may have to re-do the whole hallway to do the doorways properly. Won't that be fun...

Bowing out of dim sum with friends- feeling very poor these days, and having to do a little more cleaning before folks come over this afternoon (a filmmaker and possibly Eric Johnson, if he gets the phone and email messages we sent a couple days ago). Sorry folks. Most of ya I'll see on Thursday, though.

Got to meet Marty's new baby yesterday, and see his new digs (and his mother in law, although she only speaks French). A. was thrilled to meet his dog Yoda, who was extremely good with her.

Trying to look for more jobs again, but it's a long, frustrating, process.
